Fitzrovia Painters & Decorators
Website information and a decorating instruction.
The website is an introduction to the division’s painting and decorating services. A project is commissioned through a separate agreement with Hampstead Renovations Limited.
An enquiry begins a discussion
A message sent here does not secure a start date or instruct work. The proposed scope, price, programme and terms must be agreed separately. Retain the accepted specification and any authorised changes so the commissioned work can be identified without relying on a general service description.
Using the neighbourhood guidance
Architectural notes and links to public guidance help frame questions about a building. They cannot establish its present condition, ownership arrangements or the consent needed for a particular treatment. Check the precise proposal with the relevant authority or adviser where required, using the actual property and method.
A question about published information
If you need clarification or believe a detail is inaccurate, send the page address and the point concerned to contact@hampsteadrenovations.co.uk. For an existing commission, include the project reference so the matter can be considered against the agreed instruction rather than the website’s general wording.
